• Undertake Baseline Survey, Social Impact Assessment Studies and Socio-Economic Survey for different development and thematic, Industrial, mining and infrastructure projects.
• Extend support in carrying out Environmental Impact Assessment studies.
• Facilitate resettlement and rehabilitation plan of industrial and Mining projects both green field and expansion projects.
• Identify stakeholders and plan for their management through different development and inclusive growth plan.
• Carry out applied and action research in field of Social Science.
• Conceptualizing research problems, articulating indicators and tools, designing appropriate methodology.
• Undertake different study/ research/ evaluation projects and play key role in making/ bringing policy change through policy advocacy.
• Motivate people for active participation in developing/designing community development program.
