Conceptualizing research problems, articulating indicators and tools, designing appropriate methodology.
Undertake different study/ research/ evaluation projects and play key role in making/ bringing policy change through policy advocacy.

Mobilize youth mass and empower women to live a dignified life to take active part in nation building.
Capacity building through sustainable growth plan of directly affected / displaced families of industries and mines as well as indirectly affected families of the area.
Develop geo-specific livelihood plan and provide necessary skills and knowledge to young people to fit them for sustainable livelihood program.
Promote community based organizations (CBOs) and democratic leadership.
Aware people for sustainable development activities in an eco-friendly approach.
Work to bring equality among the economic classes by uplifting poor & vulnerable.
